These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the services provided by Sprava Mappverse Pvt Ltd ("Mappstore", "we", "us", or "our"), including the Mappstore platform, APIs, and related services (collectively, the "Services").
By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or the entity you represent. By using the Services, you represent that you meet these requirements.
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with:
You shall not use the Services to send unsolicited messages, spam, or any content that violates WhatsApp's policies.
The Services integrate with the WhatsApp Business API. Your use of WhatsApp messaging features is subject to WhatsApp's terms and policies. You are responsible for obtaining proper opt-in consent from recipients before sending messages. We reserve the right to suspend your messaging capabilities if you violate WhatsApp's policies.
The Services use a prepaid messaging wallet system. You must maintain a sufficient balance to send messages. All wallet recharges are non-refundable except as required by law. Message costs are deducted from your wallet balance at the time of sending.
The Services, including all software, content, designs, and trademarks, are owned by Sprava Mappverse Pvt Ltd. You retain ownership of any content you upload or create using the Services. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to use, store, and process it solely to provide the Services.
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for ensuring that your use of the Services complies with applicable data protection laws, including obtaining necessary consents from your customers.
We strive to maintain high availability of the Services but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for any downtime or service interruptions.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sprava Mappverse Pvt Ltd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Services.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time if you violate these Terms or WhatsApp's policies. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us. Upon termination, your right to use the Services ceases immediately.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
